Great and friendly service even if you can't speak Dutch yet!My laptop took around 2 1/2 days but I received a replacement laptop to work on my university projects in the meantime. The service was transparent and pricing very reasonable. Would recommend!

After getting my desktop repaired and updated to Win10 about half a year ago, it came up with the error "Your Windows license will expire soon" right after booting. After ignoring the message for a month (because according to some forum it was a common issue, nothing to worry about) my windows got deactivated. Since I moved from Groningen, I didn't want to bring my desktop in, Update2day sent me a brand new activationcode.Great service!

Complete SCAMMERS, MAKING UP FAKE REPAIRS. I paid €150ish for a “repair” that, after professional inspection, DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL!!Details below:My laptop stopped working, I brought it in and I was told there was a short circuit in the motherboard, and that it could be fixed for somewhere around 140€-160€. I agreed and I picked up my working “fixed” laptop a day later.Around 3 months later I experienced the exact same problem, I had my laptop inspected by a professional with 25+ years of experience in computer repair, and he could confirm that ZERO WORK WAS DONE ON MY MOTHERBOARD! A repair such as the one that update2day claimed to have done, IS VISIBLE AFTER INSPECTION, but it turned out they did nothing, they just restarted it a day later.This is further proved by the fact that, after the second incident, which was identical to the first one down to the last detail, my laptop could actually be turned on a day later on its own and worked ok. The actual problem was with my fan and the laptop was overheating, that is why it broke soon after the fake repair.SO THAT IS HOW UPDATE2DAY “FIXED” МУ PROBLEM, THEY MADE UP A FAKE REPAIR, DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT RESTART MY LAPTOP THE NEXT DAY, THEN CHARGED ME AN OBSCENE AMOUNT OF MONEY.All while hiding behind a nice kind facade, yea the the service seemed fast and good at first, but they are actual liars, complete accident that I found out about their scam. THEY PREY ON IGNORANT CUSTOMERS!!

I came in around 1330 with my broken Lenovo (sound crashes, storage problems and a starving battery). After explaining my problems we analyzed the possibilities and costs. At first he thought that through a software update and restart, the main problems were gonna fixed. So he explained that he'd try to do that first and then let me know if there were any other problems. Eventually the same day at 1630 I got a call that my laptop was fixed and said really fair that I had some options that I could do, but weren't really necessary. So in the end I got my laptop back within three hours and everything was fixed for a really reasonable price. Excellent service, professional and fast for a more than reasonable price. I definitely recommend it!

Very nice and helpful when I came in after my hard drive failed mid-format/reset. Problem was diagnosed within the same day and fixed within another day after that. Laptop is working super now and they cleaned it up so well, the abhorrently loud fan noise is GONE! Don't be like me, open up your laptop (safely) and blow out the components with compressed air from time to time. Or, get Update2day to do it for you! 10/10 would go there again.

The repairshop made a mistke while fixing my laptop. However, they fixed it quickly and at no additional cost to me. The interaction was friendly the entire time and I had the feeling that they wanted to help me. I recommend this service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had water damage to my computer, they cleaned it and replaced my HDD connector within a day. Their service made my day as I didn't expect my laptop could have been fixed that easily

Very fast and friendly service. After my friend left his speakers and phone in the rain for an entire night, on the same day that he had to leave for Ireland, we explained the situation and despite of how busy it was we were immediately helped! A few hours later both were working again, and for a very good price. I would definitely recommend this place.
